Terms of Service

1. Services

Harmony Digital provides website design, branding, marketing systems, and business management tools. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in separate agreements or proposals.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the site in any way that could damage or disrupt functionality

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission

3. Payments and Billing

All fees for services will be outlined in your agreement.

  • Payments must be made according to agreed terms

  • Late payments may result in paused services

  • Certain services may be non refundable depending on the scope of work

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by Harmony Digital remain our property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment:

  • You are granted rights to use the final deliverables

  • We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information

  • Respond to requests and approvals within a reasonable timeframe

  • Supply any necessary content, images, or assets

 

Delays in communication may impact project timelines.

6. Third Party Services

We may integrate or recommend third party platforms (such as payment processors, hosting providers, or marketing tools).

Harmony Digital is not responsible for:

  • Service interruptions from third party providers

  • Changes in pricing or policies from those providers

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmony Digital shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of business, revenue, or data

  • Website downtime or technical issues beyond our control

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.

 

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding balances remain due

  • Access to services, hosting, or systems may be suspended or revoked

  • The client’s license to use the website and related systems may be terminated

  • Ownership of the website does not transfer to the client unless a separate written buyout agreement has been completed

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
